4shared is a free online storage site wherein you can upload your files to their server, receive a link for that file, then you can download that file from any computer or share it with anyone you wish to. You get 5 gigs of disk space per account.
This is a great service, but there is one catch - free accounts get deleted if left stagnant - 30 days to be exact. Paid accounts don't get deleted, and has more storage space and bigger file size upload limit.
